Caroline Rauschenbach

Administrative Assistant

Caroline Rauschenbach joined HB Financial in 2026 and serves as an Administrative Assistant, supporting advisors and helping ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their financial journey.

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Caroline moved to Lafayette to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While she is proud of her Shreveport roots, she quickly fell in love with Lafayette and the community she found there. During her time at UL Lafayette, she served as Vice President of Finance for Alpha Delta Pi, overseeing financial operations for the chapter while developing valuable leadership and organizational skills.

Caroline has earned her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and is currently pursuing her Series 7 registration as she continues to expand her knowledge and career within the financial services industry.
